Imagerie intégrative : de la molécule à l'organisme

The PointPicker Plug-in needs to be installed for this plug-in to work.

When launching the plug-in, PointPicker is launched automatically and a window appears.

In this window 3 things:

• a field to enter the width of the roi
• a field to enter the height of the roi
• a button to launch the multiple crop

The plug-in works this way:

• first select all the centers of your rois on the current image
• after activating the button, the program crop each roi
• the resulting images are saved in a crop subdirectory in the image directory

The name of original file should be something like "Name of file -part1-[part2-...].ext

The name of resulting files would be "Name of file - part1.tif"

If there is less points selected than number of parts in file name, only the corresponding last parts are takent into account.

Works with grayor color images/stack/virtual stack.
